I have been with Golf Strong almost from the beginning and what a wonderful experience it is for me. I am very faithful at doing the exercises and as I am in my seventies I find them most helpful at keeping me flexible loose especially for golf and exercises. Having arthritis is not a hindrance, in fact I find the classes a great help in strengthening muscles etc. I highly recommend Golf strong classes for all ages. We also have great fun together every week.

Golfstrong with Peter is a brilliant golf specific training path. I have found it hugely beneficial both for golf and also day to day health. Peter is brilliant at what he does and I would highly recommend anyone, old or young, to give Golf STRONG a go!
Great exercises. I never get bored. Effort has been put in to making the exercises different. Excellent for golf it’s definitely helped me. Even if you aren’t a golf enthusiast the exercises certainly make you fitter and stronger.
I am thoroughly enjoying Golf Strong as I feel much stronger and fitter than previously and feel my golf has benefitted greatly from having more movement in my hips and arms.

I’ve worked with Peter for around 3 years now and have seen a huge improvement in my golf game. Since working with Peter I’ve seen my club head speed increase by over 12mph which has improved my golf game immensely. I’ve been able to increase my strength, speed and mobility which has allowed me to have success at international tournaments and play on the Irish Women’s team. The online element of Golf strong means that I can continue to work on my program when traveling and always have access to different warm up/mobility sessions which I have found incredibly useful. My experience with Golf Strong has been very rewarding and I would highly recommend Golf Strong to others looking to improve their golf.

I have found my Golf Strong membership very helpful in getting back to fitness. Keith has been very supportive and has offered suggestions and guidance to help with my journey. It feels like he has taken a personal interest in helping me on my way even to sending me some mobility exercises when we spoke casually during one of my workouts. I look forward to seeing how Golfstrong will help me to improve my physical wellbeing as well as my Golf.
I have been doing golf strong classes for 3 years. I really enjoy them and my golf, fitness & flexibility have all improved. Peters little tips about weight transfer & turning are very helpful. Tricias pilates on Fridays are fab also.
It's been really good. I have a pre game routine using 3 of the warmup videos and it has been really helpful for my game. Probably could utilise the app better for my general fitness.

i'm really enjoying these classes ,a great start to the day.Excellent instructors. Challenging, well structured classes. Delighted Pilates included. Recording facility excellent especially when I miss a class. Keep it up we need all the help we can find for that challenging game!!!
Golf Strong exercises have kept me in great physical and mental form through lockdowns and after, my golf has definitely improved, all the sessions are available at any time via Zoom and the recordings. It's a super service at great value. Peter answers any queries quickly, couldn't recommend it enough!
Your classes have changed my golf swing. People have made comments about it. (Still a work in progress!)I have more energy and flexibility—happy days My only problem is I have knee issues. I can’t kneel, I’m restricted with squats etc
